During the production process, her original 'look, hear, ask, and cut' quality inspection method controls each process like a precision instrument, driving the product qualification rate to climb to 99.8%, and establishing a solid barrier for the quality of the enterprise.
In the face of urgent orders, Chen Jingyun took the initiative to shoulder the heavy responsibility. She gave up weekend rest and worked continuously on the production line, working an average of more than 10 hours a day, and used practical actions to ensure that orders were delivered on time, winning praise from customers.

Every day, she is always the first to arrive at work, pushing a cleaning truck to carefully clean the corridors, stairs and common areas of the production workshop, without letting go of any sanitary blind spots.
Liao Yinbing's work is extremely meticulous. When sweeping the floor, carefully sweep away dust and debris, and then wipe it repeatedly with a mop until it is bright; When wiping the windows and doors, carefully select the cleaner to ensure that the sunlight can fully shine into the room.
She is also very careful, taking the initiative to inspect the facilities and equipment in public areas, and report any damage or potential safety hazards in a timely manner. When cleaning, she found that the faucet was leaking and immediately notified the maintenance personnel to avoid water waste and safety issues. The most commendable thing is to find that the people from the factory next door are building sheds, and the sheds are built in our company's area, and she stops them in time to protect the company's interests from being infringed.
During the company's activities, the garbage increases, and she always takes the initiative to work overtime to extend the cleaning time and keep the environment clean.
